EAA103 is the Treasure Valley chapter of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA). The Chapter is a non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to the promotion and enjoyment of sport/recreational aviation. We pursue this goal through a variety of educational activities and programs for amateur aircraft builders and other aviation enthusiasts.
The Chapter makes its home at Ritchey Field, Nampa Municipal Airport (S67) . We hold our monthly meetings at 10 AM Saturday Morning (may be a different Saturday each month), at the Shep-Rock Aviation Center (AKA the EAA Hangar). There are usually snacks and beverages served prior to the meeting. These meetings feature: an aviation related presentation, resource sharing by pilots and builders, and are a friendly get-together for members and visitors. After the Saturday meeting we normally have a flyout for lunch. Because the meetings change each month (it is not always the first or second Saturday), please watch your email inbox or check the event calendar below for our schedule. As soon as the meeting date is known an email will be sent out with the details.
If you would like to join or renew your membership with EAA103, please fill out a membership application / renewal form. A paper copy of the form can be found on the bulletin board in the EAA Hangar, or click on the link below and mail along with your dues to the indicated address. We encourage all aviation enthusiasts to become a member of EAA, and you must be a current National EAA member to join the Chapter with full privileges.

If you are not a member of the chapter but want to get on our email list to be notified of chapter events and news, just click here to send us an email. You'll receive notification of fly-outs, breakfasts and other chapter news. Take a test flight before you join. Chapter dues are only $20 per year.
Flyouts -- Start times for fly out events are approximate departure times from Boise area. Because aircraft depart from a number of different airports in the area, we don't normally meet at the EAA Hangar prior to a flyout (the monthly Saturday Chapter meeting is the exception). Please check the calendar below on the morning of the flyout to confirm that it is still on (weather sometimes causes a last minute cancellation). An email will be sent out prior to each flyout, usually on Thursday or Friday. The email may contain a cell phone number of someone who you can call to confirm the flyout details. For longer flights, such as Jackpot, we try to specify an arrival time. For shorter flights a departure time will be listed. The calendar details will state if the time is for departure or arrival. Hope to see you at some of these flyouts-- Doug Kandle
For fly outs we will monitor 122.75 en route.
